Green Day will be #8 out of 22 on the MTV2's all time greatest bands. The show will be on November 27 at 12:00 noon on MTV2.

Green Day have been in guitar world twise lately, in the september Guitar World, and in a special issue of Guitar World called Guitar Legends, witch is all aboout punk. One article is titled "the year punk popped". Its all about Pop-Punk and includes lots of talk about green day and Billie Joe says alot. The other is an artical called "The Young, The Loud, And the Snotty". Its all about Green Day, with an interview with Mike and Billie Joe. Its was first in Guitar World June '96* and so the info is kinda old but its still good. They also have the complete music for welcome to paradise. There were also articles on the Warped tour, Punk, "screemo", Rancid, and much, much, more.
So, I suggest you go to your local news stand and pick up a copy of Guitar World and Guitar Legands.Guitar World's web site:
